Noodles and Gravy?

Anyone had egg noodles and gravy before? I need a recipe for it. well at least for some good gravy.

Only if the gravy is swimming in beef chunks or sweedish meatballs.

The best tasting gravy comes from meat drippings, roast a hunk of meat, save the drippings using the fat to make a roux (with flour) and cook it for a couple minutes to get rid of the raw flour taste, then slowly whisk in the meat jus, plus some good beef/meat broth (they make suprisingly good quality stock or broth nowadays in the soup isle) then simmer whisking till smooth, then simmer on very low whisking occasionaly until you can't take the hunger pains any more. I usually buy egg noodles, simply boil and drain. try foodtv.com or epicurious.com for exact recipes.
