psychoactive more so than narcotic, something that can substitute weed(i know there arent any substitutes) but im low on cash can't afford much mj. I just want something that will make tv more interesting.

Salvia is not a recreational drug. IT's a phychadelic so I would never suggest that as a substitute for cannabis.
