Gulf Coast??

Whats the deal with this strain is it more difficult to initiate pins or is it just slower in this stage? I have some verm/peat casings and in one (the first casing) I have pins but they are either growing very slowly or they have stalled, any suggestions?
BTW the temps are in the low 70's humidity is 92-97% and indirect sunlight 3-6 hrs daily.
