 Tips for Relaxing without Weed

I've been smoking weed fairly regularly for the past few months and I've decided to take a break.
I never have any problem stopping, it's just as easy as it sounds. The problem I find is I'm more irritable and high-strung when I'm not smoking. 99% of the day I'm just as chill as if I was high but I have this really bad, random temper.
Do you guys have any tips for overcoming this? Other than just taking a step back and relaxing... which is probably the best advice anyone could offer.

Good advice! Although I already exercise regularly by jogging, riding my bike, playing tennis and doing stretches, situps, pushups, etc.
It always seems to help.

stop telling yourself "its because im not high" and stop telling yourself that weed relaxes you and is the only thing that can make you that way.... then youll start not needing it...

Think of all the extra money you can be making while not high then it will start to come together. I am not talking about saving money I am talking about the stuff you don't do because you are high. It used to not affect me but I stopped doing research on stocks and started reasearching other stuff like different cultivation methods. When I make an extra $200 bucks or so in the time I would just be sitting around tokin it helps me relax because I think of all the other sweet shit I can go buy. Just my idea.

I'm actually taking a long break myself. However, in my case it was because Mary J was messing with me. I actually find myself much more calm and patient than with her. But that doesn't help you much.
I would say Shroomism knows what the hell he's talking about...meditating and rhytmic breathing would be excellent, as would playing a musical instrument, or perhaps getting a punching bag and taking out your anger on it.
