Hey! Today I got home and on the bottom of on e of my cakes
i found about 4 to 5 pins and they are pretty big. I am so happy I have had so much trouble. I have a question though. They are growing on the bottom up should I turn them over and is it ok to take the cakes out to look at them ?

I'm not real good at this yet, but first, is there anyway light may be getting under your tank (maybe on shelves or something) if so that would be my guess why that is. I would say turn them. Otherwise i am unsure. I think you can take them out as long as they are not touched cause they bruse really easily, that i know. I'd wait till you get more replies before you take my advise cause there are others more educated (cause im somewhat new) with more info or corrections to my idea

Congrats! From the pictures that are out there, that is how cakes produce. Bottom up, where the moisture is. They are fine how they are. They'll turn a bit bruised on you when handle them, wash or wear gloves. But damn, pick them up already and check'em out. . . you've already done that. :o)
