Math, pattern recognition and ESP
    #4494983 - 08/04/05 02:24 PM (12 years, 4 months ago)

I am doing my normal daily job while posting, which is playing on-line poker tournaments. Currently I am #11 out of 713 and I will most likely be "in-the-money" at the finish.

I keep wondering why the telepathic players always fail miserably. No wait, I have heard this before. ALL telepaths are noble, advanced beings beyond the need for money. Please disregard this thread...

You play on line with guys who call themselves telepathic poker players? That's a laugh riot.

I usually come out ahead when I play casually with friends and I base that success on risk assessment abilities and the study of the others playing habits.

Even if I were an extraordinary sensient, I wouldn't use it when playing poker.

For example. Once when lucid dreaming, I took off to my old home in the Virgin Islands. The beach bar I use to work at had new brown wooden shutters that were not there at the time I left. The condos had a different roof color that were not there at the time I left.

2 months latter, a friend who vacationed there sent me some pics. HOLY SHIT! The brown shutters I saw on the lucid dream travel were actually now there. The condos roof color had not changed. My experience with ESP stuff is that the field it works through is either too unstable to bank on or my current perceptibility's within it are still to filtered to bank on it.

What else can I do in the 20 seconds between hands besides push-ups and Shroomery posts?

:whacker: But ya gotta be fast!   Really though. You avoid my questions? Time is not the reason you choose to post the things you do.

I am right-handed and am trying to set a new personal record.

You avoid my questions?
When I do answer them you change the topic or the meaning of the words in your response. This precludes serious replies and discussion.

True, I placed 36th or just barely "in the money". You guys distracted me. (I never take responsibility for my actions).
