Yeah, I agree with you, Newt. Keep the amount reasonable. You don't know what your tolerance is & your bodyweight can make a difference too.

And one thing i've found about smoking as well - pot tends to have a 'heavy-body' effect on me which tends to cancel the light, weightlessness of the mush and make me feel dragged down. But that doesn't mean that you'll have the same experience - just be aware that sometimes it's good just to concentrate on what one drug is doing (particulaly for the 1st time) rather than possibly confusing things by adding others...

Ok, let's set aside the level 3, level 4 stuff for a minute. In real life, a good threshold dose for Cubensis mushrooms is 2.0 grams dry. That means more than 2.0 grams will give you more advanced effects, i.e. visuals, while 1.0 to 1.5 grams will make you feel giddy, giggly, wavy, a really good body high you can feel in your bones.

Now, when eating more than 2.0 grams, expect the effects to intensify over 1 gram increments; sometimes in 1/2 gram increments, depending on the person. But who really knows. Three to 3.5 dry grams of home grown mushrooms is more than enough to experience the full range of effects. For some, this dosage is tough to handle. Let's face it, everyone's brain is different. Eating two grams to get off doesn't make you more or less of a pussy than someone who needs 3. Only eat what you can handle. The idea is to have a pleasant experience.
