I've got a bottle from a bi-lo, And last night i got a bottle from coles. So i'd say you'll get it from most supermarkets. Have also seen it in the larger hardware stores.

Any pharmacy should have it, it's used as a topical anti-infective (disinfects minor scrapes and bruises--feels real good too).

Right next to the isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol in the pharmacy section. a big old bottle will run you less than $3
you can probably only find 3% (the rest is pure water), but that is ok, and anyone refering to H2O2 is refering to this.
it works by oxidising organic tissue and it leaves only oxygen and water. Don't worry mycelium isn't hurt by it (it may stall for a few days to recover), but it recovers well because of the released oxygen. people say it kills spores, but I've seen a friend use it to make spore syringes and be fine (granted that they diddn't stay in the syringe for long).
