how many of you eat salted cooked seeds? (sunflower, water melon, pumpkin, shelled penuts)
it's VERY common in israel and i was wondering about other parts of the world...
i actualy consider it part of my diet... once you start you just can't stop! my favorit are watermelon seeds (i often eat them with the shell *crunch crunch*)

Watermelon huh? Any recipe for that, or just soak salt and bake as usual?
I'm a big fan of pumpkin or smaller squash seeds m'self. Sunflower seeds will do too.
