Hey Hey guys! Got my blue oyster culture syring ein today, and planning on doing 8 or 9 PF style cakes to avoid contams with other things. Wish me luck!

have you ever done them on pf before? If not read my log and srgtm1a for ssome little tips when doing it this way. Make sure you get plenty of airexchange. And dunk those puppies before the first flush IME this helps.

That looks like cob web... Just kidding. The first time i saw my oyster mycellium i thought it was cobweb because it always seems to start thin and wispy. But gets strong freakin fast. Anyways congratulations

UPDATE: All 3 jars have been birthed. 2 cakes were dunked, and one was not. I want to see the benifits from oysters being dunked and not dunked. But, I already know. So it usually takes 2-4 days to pin on oysters? Thanks!

i guess, sometimes mine pin overnight, rarely though. Yum Yum oysters, i wonder if the mushies are an aphrodisiac as well
