Its god Sorghum, Wheat, Oats, White French Millet, Panorama Millet, Panicum, Linseed, Japanese Millet, Canary Seed, Red Millet and Red Panicum, Vegetable Oil.
I have Quinoa as well that I'd like to add.
Do you think this is a good combo? I will be innoculating this to horse poo after its colonized.

Yeah, the veggie oil won't be good. You really wouldn't need to add quinoa if you are spawning to h/poo. If increasing potency is your goal, h/poo doesn't really need any help.

Oh budgery. If the vegetable oil is externally applied somehow, will it breakaway during a good soak rinse and simmering? My intention with the quinoa is that its very soft when its soaked for a while and I thought it would just make a very substantial, quickly available food for the myc. I'm leaning towards the idea of readily available nutrients equals a fast growing strong mycelium that will overpower any potential contamination threats. Its good to know though that the horse poo is going to do wonders for the potency!!!!!!! YEEEHAAA

If the oil is in the bird seed mix out of the package, chances are its a very small amount and wont hurt.

Yup, thats the Gospel truth. If you soak the seed in water the non-polar layer (oil/fat) will be at the top. Noticable amount of accumulation of oil might be a bad sign, but some heat should get them totally separated.
