Cakes and Tea...
    #4484102 - 08/02/05 03:47 AM (12 years, 8 months ago)

Two questions...

One - Ive succesfuly cultivated 5 jars with the B+ strain, if i plan to cake these 5 jars how many grams am i looking at harvesting. Enough for 3 People? Not enough for 3 people? Enough for 5+ people? Wondering because ill just case the suckers if im not going to get enough (ive spent about 2 months in this and no way im restarting). The reason for not casing to begin with is because you may yield a larger harvest, but also you run into more potential problems, especially contamination (this is what ive read) and also that cakes are a lot more "sneaky" than case's.

Two - I read a long time ago of someone making tea out of a used cake (isnt giving off any more flushes), is this both possible and true? And if so how do you do it? IM interested because with only 5 out of the original 17 making it, im not looking at that many trips and would make cake tea if it works.

Thanks for your time and patience, MUCH PEACE

Each cake on average produces between 6 and 9 grams dry.

I wouldn't take cakes so I can't help ya there.

All creatures tremble when faced with violence. All creatures fear death, all love life. If we can only see ourselves in others, then how could we possibly hurt another creature?

You can make tea out of the cakes.

But it isn't potent at all...

I'd steep every cake you have (5+) for about an hour...

Then strain and Drink...

But it's really not worth it IMO.

I have 1qt's worth steep for 10mins and another for an hour...

Both barely gave me anything...

It was very light Giggles...That's about it...
