The feeling I got..

I was staring at a lamp during my first trip (yesterday) and I felt as if I was going through 2 tunnels simultaneously and a feeling came over me like I was getting closer to something. That gut feeling. I began to felt excited and by heart rate increased. It seemed like whenever I started to get 'close' though, I lost my concentration and snapped back.

Anyone else experience this?

Drugs affect people in different ways. Never will you have the exact same experience twice, and you especially can't expect others to experience the same thing. There are general things obviously, but feeling like youre in a tunnel or flying or melting or whatever are pretty unique experiences.

Read trip reports on www.Erowid.org for an example of how widely varied the effects of drugs are on different people.

It seems that 'unique' is the wrong choice of word IMO. by definition unique means the only of its kind. I would call it a personalized experience. The reason being alot of my friends share the same root feelings with me (melting and expanding and stuff) but your personal experience varies. Sorry if I sound dick.
