 what do we got here

i was hoping for some weilli at first because i was in woodstock, i was leaving my frineds house and saw there in his yard. habitat was sod rite next to a tree stump that had looked recently chained sawed to the ground. The caps are small about the since of a thumb print.
anyhow, the cap color is somewhat goldish grey, fading to white/grey edges (see in pic better)
the stems are white with really no bruising
the spore print is comming soon!!!!
the gills are pretty dark black for the most part.
the edges of the cap look weillish because there wavy.
the stems are hollow

looks like some kind of coprinus, aka inky cap. if you feel like it, watch them and if they are, the caps will start turning to black goo within the next 48 hours.
possibly edible before they goop, definatly not active, and not something i'd wanna eat.
