pumpkin shrooms

Hello All I was looking at a number of web site earlier and cam across some shrooms that glow? My comp kicked me out before I had a chance to read the whole write up on it. All I know is that there called pumpkin something can somebody give a little info on this strain.

they're not actives, i don't remember it they are edible, and they contain the same stuff as fire flies aka lightning bugs.

Blue = Stropharia aeruginosa?
Green= Mycena chlorophos?

the top looks like Decievers to me, though im not sure which species..
Laccaria something... i think Decievers are also classified as Clitocybes..

The green one looks like the parrot mushroom. Cant think of the species off the top of my head, Hygrophorus.... somethingus...

hey beanz, here is a great pic of glowing shrooms for you.
These happen to be Mycena chlorophos, which conicidentally is not one of the mushies i posted. Everyone else, remember you have to name both, general names accepted.

You gotta be shittin' me! is that pic real? i thought it was only the gills that were supposed to glow... NEver found the Jack'O's myself so i wouldnt know.

The Jack-o-lantern mushroom (Omphalotus olearius) does only glow from the gills, but there are a number of species that glow, some all the way through as pictured above.

Now for the weird stuff, Mycena rorida has luminous SPORES! Love to see a syringe or karo culture of that!
