Are my Jars taking too long?
    #4468856 - 07/29/05 12:10 PM (18 years, 7 months ago)

I knocked up 24 jars on 7/11. 8 GT, 8 Palenque, 8 S. American, and none of them have finished yet. I used a spore syringe, not an LC like I should have. Most of the S.AMs are almost done, but some of the GT and Pals are not even 1/2 way done? Is this unusual?

yeah that is around the norm. 1/2 pints or pints?
my gt's took a while to colonize as well but were done in 3 weeks time. usually 15-17 days for 1/2 pinters from multispore syringes.

have a little patience with them until they finish up.

good luck
peace

Alright, thanks, they are 1/2 pints by the way. Half of them arre the short fat ones, half are the tall ones. The short fats one seem to be working better, but I dont know if the middle will colonize fast enough

after the outside is completely colonized just give them a few more days to colonize the center of the cakes. then you should be good to go.
peace
