where can I pick up rye grain? Can I get this at an organic grocery like I can with brf? Also, I know you can grind up brf fresh yourself and get better results, can you do the same with rye. Thanks all.

Look under grow/find and then on to links and there is a organic shop link with great prices on rye!

Dick, as far as grinding; you could do do it but i think it would be easier just to buy already ground dark rye flour. I allwasy here how great this stuff is. And yea a health food or even a grocery store should have theses items.
But then again I would think that freshly ground rye would better please the fungus.
Well try looking for all this stuff and see what works best for you.
