I have sterilized sime jars of millet containing like 2 handfulls each. I inocculated them with 1/2cc each 4 days ago and held them at 32*C (I think it's about 50*F). The problem is I can see nothing yet. There were also 2 with water and sugar and inside these I can see some myc I think.
I didn't stir them too much, just once. I'm not in a hurry, I'm just worried.

Is this normal? Are my babies allright? :frown: :frown: :frown:

patience is a virtue. you'll want to keep your jars at 80-82 degrees Farenhiet while colonizing: not 50 degrees. Water and sugar??? let me know how this turns out. Also if you want good colonizing speed, try koh samui, or z-strain.

First you talk about millet, then you talk about water and sugar and stirring. Are you talking about an LC or grain spawn or both?  :confused:
And unless you are trying to grow azures or something, 50 degrees F is WAY to low of an incubation temp.
