No, it's all pretty much good. The local health food store sells packs of 20 vials for $10. Ginseng must be grown 6 years for maximum potency. It will say on the box how old the roots were before used.

Doesn't Ginseng keep you up all night?

I never can fall asleep if I took any that day.

How do you guys take it days in a row? Do you not sleep?

If you can't sleep, I'd either suggest working out harder, jacking off more, or doing certain drugs. I sleep great after a day of using ginseng, it's not like snorting coke...:

If I drink a cup of green tea at about 4pm, I won't be able to sleep that night unless I take some diphenhydramine or drink a few beers.

TBH, I don't understand why people use weed this way. I don't even like this stuff, but the doctor told me that I need it to fight my spinal pain. And I've found special medical marijuana. Usually I buy it from Brooklyn, NY Medical Marijuana Delivery Service, because they have decent prices. The marijuana itself - it makes me sleep well and relieves pain. And I think that's enough. In this sense shrooms are a lot more interesting. I'll rather eat magic mushrooms instead of making these experiments.
