Matty, have you tried any strain sequencing with the SMS? I was at Pnn State last month and Dr. Royse was doing some strain sequencing, and I know many have good luck with that. Definitely curious. Jeremy Davis

no jeremy we actually havent, but that is an intrigueing idea! most species sequencing i hear about is reusing spent shitake blocks that have been composted.. to reuse compost thats like a three step process... from manure to compost to say port's.. then what? seems like there would be nutrients in there, especially with the myc, that being a nutrient as well...
what species were they growing? can you talk about it at all?
