This doesn't belong in this forum so I am going to move it to Mushroom Cultivation. I guess that is the best category for it.
I don't have time to help you with this today...You can either wait until I have time to help you with it or post some of the terms that you need help with in this post and someone else might help you.
I have a job interview tomorrow and I need to update my resume. Sorry.

Go to the grow/find section and read up on the PF Tek and the MMGG. Also, go down and look at the mushromm glossary. That should help you if you are confused with any terms.

Agar
An extract from a seaweed used to solidify media. The agar used in mushrooms cultivation is usually available in powder form
Spores
What mushrooms have instead of seeds. Absolutely microscopic, but produced by the millions by each and every mushroom.
Spore Print
A piece of paper or glass that has the spores that have fallen off of a cap.
Spore Syringe
Many of the techniques for growing mushrooms indoors involve mixing up a spore print with some water, and injecting the result into a sterile container full of something the spores can infect, produce mycelium in, and eat. Several companies will sell you ready-to-use spore syringes for a few pounds/dollars. This site has links to, or address for, many of these companies.
As you can see, spore can be taken from a cap by making a sporeprint. Then, these spores can be transfered to a syringe. Then, used to innoculate a substrate and left to colonize. All this information can be found in the grow/find section. Read, read, read!
