It comes with the hobby man :) Shit, that new species I found is so fricking small I have to crawl around and look for them, no way I could bend over that far to look for mushrooms :) I haven't fucked my back up yet, but I'm sure I will :) Order you some poppy pods, should nip the pain in the bud real quick :)

I have an impacted disk from when I was into strength training in my younger years and tbh the best thing I've found for back pain besides like actual pain killers is lots of stretching and posture correction. If you wake up with back pain it helps to find something to maybe add some cushion under the affected area when you lay back to help lengthen and loosen the muscles surrounding the affected area. Also if you can find a decent compression sleeve for your abdomen that's not unbearable to wear those can help.
Stretching has alleviated a LOT of problems for me. My girlfriend is actually super into yoga and has showed me a few simple things that help as well. Good luck in the future.
Also depending on where you source you might wanna get like some transportation like a golf cart of ATV if possible. Anything to add some convenience and take a little strain from you. Plus it's easier to throw your gains in your cart or something than toting bags or a box around.
... Or grow your own lol
