Anyone who has used a variety of entheogens has probably eaten some of the most vile substances. I've had my fair share (cacti, kratom, MG/HBWR, etc...) but none compare to chlorella pyrenoidosa. It's a green algae which is rich in enzymes, vitamins, minerals and so forth. It's also claimed to be a chelatory agent. There are various studies on pubmed about it, which make it sound very promising.
But the taste.... oh the taste! It's like licking the bottom of cage in a pet store. I need to get 00 capsules.
How about you? I've heard bad things about ayahuasca and peyote, but have never consumed them (taste wise, of course).

san pedro cactus chunks cooked in marinara sauce to soften them up enough - the idea being that we could swallow them as 'pills' and the marinara would mask the flavour. instead, it was literally like having a giant bowl full of chunky vomit to eat. i couldn't eat marinara sauce for 2 years afterwards, because even the smell would instantly remind me of this...

Tried making a 'huasca brew with rue and yopo seeds (yeah I know that's 5-meo). We used the lemon juice method of extraction, and drank a rocks glass full of the combined stuff. It literally tasted like stomach acid. It was positively VILE. Vomiting commenced within 10 minutes. Repeatedly.

It's strange, morining glories don't really taste all that bad, but the mind makes this association with them & nauesa that is impossible to break. It makes me wrech at the very thought of consuming them.

I don't know about worst thing I've ever tasted but the worst thing I've ever smelt was a casing that had been sitting in a incubator for a few days. It was like a combination of dirty diapers, a gay gloryhole, a trash dump, and every other god awful smell you could imagine. I can still smell it when I think of it.
God... that was terrible.
Edit: Actually thinking about it some more the worse thing I ever tasted was this vanilla flavored cigar, one puff on that stick made me sick.

Ayahuasca is the hardest thing to keep down. It's fucking disgusting, worst then the taste of death it's self. I was fuckin trippin, til i couldn't hold it down any longer. When i puked it was worse then going in, plus i puked the trip away. Long story short, it was fucking horrible, but the trip was good while it lasted.

it was terrrible,but i'be never been so fucked up in my live(i was 12!!)......

The horse tranquilizers we use at the farm get .5mL diluted into 10mL when there's a thunderstorm or fireworks are going off. That stuff takes em down for the count.

eagle party mix... It was all we had to eat for about 2 weeks when I was about 8. It had these lil hardened wafer things in it, for about 2 years afterward I would throw up at the thought of it (seriously) other than that I'd say... I tried to make my own absinthe from wormwood and it was pretty bad... held it down though

I know it's kind of off-category, but XTC is the worst shit I've ever tasted in my life. This one time we had molly and the hubby decided we should mix it with cake frosting. He figured since XTC was the worst tasting shit on the planet, and frosting is the best tasting shit on the planet, the combo would result in some not-that-bad shit. Instead... it tasted like taint and took 4 times as long to eat.

Ayahuasca tea extract (DMT) takes #1 in my book. Wasnt like any trip on DMT that I read up on, but fucked up nontheless. First 2 hours all I thought about was not puking to hold the substance in. Tastes like puke (fucking disgusting), makes you feel like shit for 2 hours till you trip.
I've eaten raw san pedro, HBWR, and nothing compares to the raw taste of ayahuasca tea.

Yes, the tea tastes terrible. Aneglakya said his tasted good though so it apparently varies greatly from vendor to vendor/batch to batch.
I smoked it a few times but the tea had a more pronounced effect. I didn't notice anything until the third night I gagged it down & smoked about half a dream herb joint.

Probably Ayahuasca was the worst thing for me. But not necessarily because of the taste, because I was so scared about what was to come while I was drinking it.

5-MeO-AMT mixture in tequila to measure doses. a very small shot of that stuff was absolutely the worst tasting thing ever. For a year or so afterwards, even thinking about tequila would make me nauseous. terrible shit.

The taste of datura still haunts me to this day. DXM powder is SICK even mixed with lemon juice, you have to cap that stuff. But it's a numb chemically taste so I don't get memories of it much. Sometimes I'll just be doing something random and for some reason get the taste of datura in the back of my mouth and shudder.
morning glory, hbwr, and calea I had no problems getting down. But morning glory did make me puke.

Mescaline+what other mixture of alkaloids, i could taste it 15 mins later and san pedro dried, cucumber style....Apple sauce didn't even help I think it was the amount that was need to be consumed thst was the worst part. Morning glory isn't that bad, kratoms worse.

Oh, by far the worst IME has been pure DXM hydrobromide powder. Fuck, that shit sticks to your tongue, plus its like powdered sugar in consistency. The taste is absolutely foul. Xanax and X taste good compared to this. Oh yeah, Robo tastes horrible like it does because of DXM pretty much. That disgusting cherry flavor barely masks the chemical monster of a taste that is DXM.

100 grams of fresh cubensis was a feat, took a tole on the ol stomach, though I can stand eating them fresh my body can stand the flavor.
Also cold poppy tea, and ayahusca.

i have to say ayahousca is prety bad. Datura na its fine boil that shyyt and put some milk and honey in it. toss in a green tea bag and your good to go. imo rue taste worse then cappi vine. cappi taste like piss rue is like sour nasty piss or something. diplatoris dont bother me mask with a small amount of koolaid, P Vidiris also not so bad. MHRB BLAH NASTY! but for dam sure wost overall was the one drink i made. 1/2oz of wormwood monring glorys and a handfull of other psychotropics i had lieing around extracted and mixed as a tea DISGUSTING!

Extacy, they were in capsules and the girl that gave em to me told me to bite it to release all of the chemical really fast so i did and it was really gross...
somas are gross too
and this suppliment i got called BCAA+G which has L-Glutamine in it (for muscle recovery) and it says its lemonade flavor but its more like lemonASS flavor... i thought it was gonna be good but it was fucking horrible...

Oh!
I do not like the taste of smoked 5-MeO-DMT very much.
Flexeril, when chewed, invokes a taste similiar to 5-Meo-DMT but even nastier.
If you do Flexeril (pretty much a 'come-down' drug) don't chew that shit.

Never chew up a lunesta. Your mouth will taste horrible for like an hour. Nothing you eat or drink will get rid of the taste. You still eat anyway, but everything just tastes like lunesta.
