heres something else to try after you get your napalm to work if you live out in the country...  ..dont know if this will work without proper items but its cool. this isnt napalm but when i was in the military and we had to teach demoliton classes to the grunts we would get 2 or 3 heavy garbage bags and fill them about 1/2-1/3 of the way full will fule, then blow air into the bag untill it was full of air, like a bloon. then tie it shut and set it out in the sun for a few hours so the fumes would build up in the bag.. then we would place it on some detcord and a block of c-4 and it would make a huge fire ball, like in the movies when u see plans droping bombs.. we used it as an attention getter for the class.. but i dont see why you coulnt just make a pipe bomb and place it under the bag..
we did this in isreal for our 4th of july celebration with 110 gallons of fule.. looked like an atomic bomb whent off!!! sorry if this is a stupid post.. man i miss blowing things up  ..

i put about 16-20 ounces of gas into a pint jar and threw in about 1 sqaure feet of styrofoam. ima make a cocktail out of it i hope i dont blow my self up haha

i never tried the gas/foam mix.. but when i was younger we made a molitove coctail (gas/oil) and we wernt expectin as big of an explosion as it gave off, we were about 10-15 feet away.. so make sure you throw it as far as you can

drano+aluminum foil in a bottle with a baloon attached to the top. Let the balloon fill all the way up and tie it off with long fuse. Light fuse and release. It will float to like 100 feet and make huge fireball.
oh yeah, dont breath the gas created with the foil and drano.
