I came home this afternoon low and behold, this wonderful green patch had appeared!
Since I already had a pin started in the casing, I decide to remove the infected spot and 3/4 inch that ajoined the mold. Then I use H2O2 injections near where the chunk had be removed. Think this case has a chance of survival?

It all depends where the infection stemmed from. If it originated in the cakes below then you are screwed and you might as well throw it away. However, on the brighter side, if the infection stemmed from something on the casing layer I think you are safe having just removed it and spaying it with H2O2. If you see infection pop up from the same place again, or perhaps from other places I would assume that the cakes below are infected. Hope that helps, and good luck.

There was no visible infection on the cakes when I cased them. So it must have grown within the casing. I already have 1 pin started in it :) And shitzula in the other casing.

You'll probably want to isolate that casing from the other.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but when a FOAF finds trich on his casing layer it is already well established below deck. Hopefully you can get one good flush from it if it is already pinning, after that, stick a fork in it (not to deep scratch ;), cause it's DONE. Trich is tenacious! Best of luck....
