just a little reminder.

I am really sick of seeing all the good patches in bellingham getting raped by over eager little bitches who are so desperate to get high that they dont even think about their consequences. there are several places in particular-cardboard you know the ones I mean- that WILL NOT FRUIT ANY MORTE THIS SEASON OR POSSIBLY FOREVER! The mycelium has become so overturned, drenched and trampled that I will be suprised if I ever see a cyan their again. please use caution and compassion while picking. the mycelium IS the life force behind the magic we all love. the fruits of its labor are what we enjoy. Paranoia while picking in exposed locations is understandable. but anything worth doing is worth doing right. use scissors to snip the mushrooms. and if you really want to mine some mycelium, cover up the gaping gashes when you are done. I cringe when I think about what has been done to these patches that are only there to provide for all of us. when a MAJOR patch gets so screwed up all of us suffer in some small way.
I pick a lot of shrooms, but I always recover the patches because I know that if I want to come back next week, or next year, then the patch itself should be cherished as much as the mushrooms themselves

if the sign says dont pick the mushrooms, you should probably pick them

Amen azuresen, things fucking suck up in bham. Its like a battle of the pins and once people have plucked every last pin then they go after the mycelium leaving a very disturbing hole where your patch used to be. Maybe would should form a lynch mob and start fucking people up who are destroying patches.
