What is Your Browser Home?
    #4432376 - 07/21/05 08:17 AM (18 years, 8 months ago)

You know, you start IE or Firefox or whatever and there you are, that familiar page you see. Mine is Yahoo because the first thing I usually do when I get online is check my email. Plus Yahoo has headlines and I always like to keep up with what's going on in the world. And then the trifactor is the search feature. You always need one of those handy. So, I get to kill 3 birds with one stone. What is your home?

Dammit I went to that domain hoping for some free vids. Thanks for nothing. Actually, it reminded me of a dream I had last night. Weird....

I start my net experiences with BBC News. I like to get a somewhat more global view of the news, although they sure covered the damn Michael Jackson trial.

My e-mail.

that's right...  blank is the way to go...

but i however never see it... i have an address bar in my taskbar, so i just use the web/google straight from there... it's big time pimpin it... i dont wanna have to open a program, then start using it... i wanna start using it, then have it open

here's an OLD screen shot...

i used keywords, like "pub" brings me right to the pub, OTD goes to otd... etc...  you have to just (in IE) name the favorite whatever you want it to be, and keep it out of a subdirectory... then it will open in firefox (or ie if you still use it)... but it dont work for firefox, unless you go to the properties if it, and put in the keyword... Sucks now cause i have to do both... but it's MUCH faster than trying to type out urls or mess with book marks...
