You can get plenty done if you put some time into it during the days. You have a few weeks, so there's no need to burn the midnight oil just yet.
What other responsibilities do you have? Getting up at 5 AM to give someone a ride to work is a good start to your day. Just keep going from there, maybe run a mile and eat a good breakfast and then get cracking.
