well its my first grow and im wondering why they arent getting huge ,or am i impatient LOL :crazy:

They look normal for a cake. You can't expect much from cakes, as the mushrooms are drawing from a small and inadequate nutritional base. Go for large grain casings or horse poo if you want to crank out nice flushes of large mushrooms.

one more question,should i use whole cakes to case or crumle them up ..ive got 12 that will be ready case soon ..so anyone?

yea my shrooms look the same on my cakes after there done producing I'm tossing them and casing all my cakes but look at the bright side you are producing a mushroom friendly environment

could be done either way.
i've seen whole cakes cased w/ good results.
