First timer

I have my syringes on the way, I'm getting 5 B+ syringes, and 2 Orissa India's. What are the best subs. to use for these? I've read hay was decent for the b+, but vermiculite seems to be the fave.

Also, do I have to preasure cook my virmiculite? Buying a preasure cooker is not a likely option considering I can't afford to buy a aquarium.

Vermiculite alone will ot work. Brown rice flower and vermiculite is what you need to use. And you will need to mix the two with the right amount of water, put in jars and sterilize. You may use a pot of boiling water, but it seems to have a lower (but still high) success rate. Also, brf/verm is good for all cubensis strains.
