Is it normal for pasteurized poo to have a topsoil type of aroma? Oh and theres no sign of an ammonia smell

yes...good composted hpoo should smell earthy.

one more question WBS was soaked a little to long and has a slight sour smell. Do you think they wiil be fine after the PC?

So long as it has not rotted, sprouted or molded, it should be fine with a real good RINSE, then PC.
