Slow colonization, cakes to dry?
    #4418960 - 07/18/05 02:59 PM (11 years, 4 months ago)

It's been about 2 weeks and my cakes still have about half way to colonize, its been kinda hot here lately but the temp in this rooms never been above 80 or just slightly above. Do you think they are too dry? I can still see some condensation build up in some spots (little specs of water against the sides) but there are few of these spots.

give them more time your cakes sound fine. condensation build up is normal as long as it isn't yellow.
