Have you seen this? www.thisdayinmusic.com
It shows you what was No.1 in the charts on the day you were born.
(Go to Birthday No.1 at the top of the site, it?s free, you don?t have to log in).
My number 1's are 'You're So Vain' by Carly Simon in the US 'Long Haired Lover From Liverpool' by Little Jimmy Osmond in the UK
Loads of other good fun music trivia on the site as well

US Birth: Survivor - Eye of the Tiger US "Theme" (18th birthday): Janet Jackson - Doesn't Really Matter UK Birth: Dexy's Midnight Runners - Come On Eileen UK "Theme" (18th birthday): Spiller - Groovejet
Wow. You can kinda see where music was at here in 1982 vs. where it was at in the UK in 1982. Also I hate Janet Jackson and and I've never heard of Spiller.
And oxygen, it could've been worse. You could've gotten like, Cyndi Lauper or something. That would be horrible.

U.K. Happy Talk - Captain Sensible
U.S. Don?t You Want Me - Human League
Ive never heard of either. I'd much rather have Ghostbusters. But maybe if i heard Captain Sensible I'd like it.
