as u all may know im an alcoholic. but yesterday i just didnt feel right and today i feel even worse. heres wuts up
iv been drinking for a good amount of time now, and of course id get a hang over every now and then. but 2 days ago i didnt drink, not one sip the whole day. then yesterday i felt really really bad, almost like i had the flu. i had hella bad diarrhea (i hate that word) and i threw up a couple times (yet i still drank last night). now, do these (flu) symptoms mean i have a bad liver or wut?

I think they mean that your body is having withdrawls from the alchohol. In extreme cases, quiting alchohol cold turkey can kill a man. You might wana see a dr.
how much do you drink?

alcoholism can really fuck people over - esp because drinking is so socially acceptable. i've had periods where i've been drinking too damn much, and my body would let me know. go for a few weeks of sobriety (this may mean re-arranging your social life/renting a lot of movies/not hanging out with friends who drink a lot) - in the long run it is well worth it.

that's what it'll probably take. i've recently quit smoking pot for some time (a much easier addiction to kick, in my experience), and was lucky enough to be on vacation for the first week of it, around friends that didn't smoke, so wasn't reminded of it. head to blockbuster and get a ton of movies, turn off your mobile phone, and sit it out.

I was kinda in the same position once...it wasn't how much I drank but what I did while drunk that fucked me up. I did the stupidest things. Pretty soon the drinking was every day.
I know how hard it can be to let it go...but after a week it got easier and after a month alchol utterly digusted me. Since then I've sort of gone back and forth with drinking. I probably shouldn't drink at all...sometimes I do and it turns out fine, but other times it's total disaster. Luckily, I think I am at the point to where I know how/what and where I can drink without losing all control. But still, I try to stay away from it.
Maybe you should join a AA group...sorry if that's a bad suggestion, but you might find quitting your addiction easier if you had some other people along for the journey. Therapy, or (if you still trip) even a shroom trip might help you "see" what your alcoholism is doing to you. For me, it was E. My first E roll flipped me inside out and helped me grasp the full severity of my destructive behaviors. Since then it's been sort of an upward path.
Trying new things can make quitting easier. Why don't you get a new hobby? Personally, I've recently aquired an obsession for japanese gardening. As human beings, we tend to thrive when we have a goal to get ambitious towards. I don't know what sort of things you like to do or if there's anything you'd like to do, but now could be the perfect time to begin a hobby, sport or activity that you've been wanting to try.
Another possiblity would be to get a cabin in the woods somewhere and have some serious alcohol-free "me" time.
good luck

iv been to AA before, all ur doing is sitting there talking about boose which makes me want it even more. i either need a complete detox camp with healthy food and exercise or yea a shroom trip would be nice, i got off alcohol for like 2 weeks cause i tripped. but of all those things i would say a good week away from life (in the middle of the woods) would be perfect for me
