Is there a casing tek that explains the casing method as well as the MMGG method is explained? If so, can you please direct me to the link!

50/50 tek
* i suggest pasturizing for 2 hours at 140*F.,
and using disposable aluminum baking tins found at walmart. 2 for .99. good luck man.
