I like GG's idea.You've blessed the Pacific Northwest with your presence long enough.It's time for you to move down South Mj. There's new species waiting for you to find 'em.GG and LK can't do it all by themselves (although that rascal LK is doing a damn good job of it ; ).
Fight the eviction if you can.If nothing else, it'll buy you more time to help you decide on your next move.
Whatever you decide, I hope you're back on your feet soon.Your photos and expertise will truly be missed.

the shroomery and the community should help MJ, his work on psychoactive mushrooms is invaluable.
I mean...he met all the good guys, Hoffman, Wasson, Leary...has discovered various new species and he always brought new species and strains to the OMC, among other things...
So...admins...mods...and members....let's think about something to help him....an auction perhaps? a donation?
maybe the shroomery could host his sites for a while until better times....

Sounds to me like he wants you out before December- where in Seattle a landlord MUST provide working heat for tenants. Talk with a lawyer, give one a call, they'll talk to you on the phone, and if they know you don't have a pot to piss in and you can't win, they won't help you anyways so there's really nothing to lose. If your landlord doesn't heat your place in December you can fine them.....and get $$$'s. It's worth checking into at least.

I am new to this forum, but over the course of my 3 years of study and interest in mycology and psychedelics, I have often seen the name of mushroom john, and enjoyed the contributions he's made to the field. If you want to John I'm willing to donate what parts I have, and maybe the rest of us in the forum with our spare parts can put together a brand new computer for you :) I've probably got an 8 gig hard drive and a case w/ powersupply and some other stuff....
