Goodbye to all here at the Shroomery

Hello to everyone here at this site.
Due to problems in my living situations and others concerning the attempted damage and erasing of many of my word files on my computer and such, as of January 31 I will be closing both of my web-sites permanently.

While in Southeast Asia, someone entered my place of living and broke into my computer, erased programs and passwords. I have had two computer repair companies agree that someone did attempt to disable my computer data and after spending money on this ($150.00 and more) I am also having living problems.

I have been asked to move.

Below is a short explanation of what has occurred since I have returned from Thailand and Cambodia.

This will be my last post. After October first I will accept no orders for spores, t-shirts , batiks, cd-roms or books, etc.

Well to add to my problems of someone attempting to break into my computer while I was in Thailand, having erased passwords, deleted all of my word files; a broken Sao Lao Cambodian musical instrument, getting marched off of Alaska Airlines by the National Guard in San Francisco for refusing to put my instrument in an over head compartment, and after telling the flight attendant that if she broke it putting it in an overhead compartment that I would sue her, they took that as a personal threat and had the National Guard march me off the airplane in San Francisco. They actually taxied the plane from the runway back to the terminal and had the passengers wait about an hour or so to retrieve my luggage.

Making me fly on the next moring flight with a broken instrument because she jammed it into the overhead compartment.

By the way they did break the tuners on the strings instrument and chipped off a piece of it and the airlines refused to fix and/or repair it.

And now my manager is evicting me for complaining of no heat and no electricity on and off everynight because the wiring in the house is all on one line. I will be leaving the internet.

Ralphster from the shroomery and the florest floor has just purchased the last of my spores I am selling. I will put all of my belongings in a storage bin and move to another state. I have no computer to work with and most of my programs were deleted and/or missing off of the computer when I returned home, having spent more than $150.00 on three repairs which failed. And the repair people told me someone did attempt to get into the computer and that someone did mess with the pass words. Even the police cannot prove anything so I have no one to really file a complaint with since I was not here to know who did this too me. So It has been a fun three years with the web-sites. Both of my sites will be down after January 31, 2002 gone from the web. As That is when my bill is due and I no longer have funds to support these sites.

AS for the cd-rom books, a few copies are circulated, about twenty of the Art cd Rom and about ten pf the Bibliography so maybe copies could be made from those but even I have no more copies. ALl my other cd-rom product files on the history of psilocybian cultivation and the mushroom pioneers books are gone from my computer.

I cannot sell anymore products such as spores or t-shirts or batiks for now since I will not have a home after a few weeks. I told the manager it would take me a month and a half to move and they are hassling me about that. Telling me I to move in a week or so. By law I have to give thirty days notice to get my security deposit back but knowing the cheap owner who left us last winter with no heat while he and his wife went to Hawaii and then when they came home his attitude was, "well no one got frost bite."

The manager of my house, someone whom I thought I trusted and shared a lot of things with has turned into a real jerk. Part of the reason is that he wants my rooms to move into to after I move out because of the bay windows. Its too long of a story to bother anyone with. So I will probably not be able to answer much of anyones email after a few weeks.

I really cannot afford the $6.00 an hour from the Middle Eastern Copy Shop owners here in Seattle to the $24.00 an hour use at Kinkos. So orders received after October 31, this year will be returned to the senders
