Cakes? Or a Casing?
What are you doing exactly?...
From the sound of it, It sounds like you spawned cakes into manure into that tub...Right?
A friend of mine does that ...Um...If you're putting a casing layer on it when it's finished...I'd say 90% is fine...
If you're just fruiting it as is after it's done colonizing, then 99% is perfect...
But it looks like it's already in the fruiting stage since there's nothing oveer it (light gets in)...
So I'm not sure what you're asking...lol

yes i spawned cakes into manure and am in the colonizing process...i have areas where myc has come through the top(about 15% top coverage) is high humidity proper for this part? also i keep getting cob web someone had suggested more airflow could this be sealed up to tight?
also i will be putting a peat moss/vermiculite casing on if i ever get to that point

Cobweb...
More airflow...I doubt it...lol
I'd make a 3% solution of h202(hydrogen peroxide) and mist that on that cobweb, that should help it a bunch.
And I don't airflow is a problem...Those stuffed airholes should be fine.
When you go to fruit it...You might want to put a fan on it (not next to it...but to get airflowing around it)....That way you'll get some movement..

If you're misting with 3% solution...
Then by the time it's fully colonized it shouldn't be a problem but only time can tell.
