sorry for the poor quality, spores appear to be black, or just dark colored, found in shaded area under a tree in woodchips...any ideas?

they look to me a lot like P. pelliculosa, almost exact, but I'd really appreciate the input of more experienced people

Those are not Psilocybes, probably mycenas with white spores and no bluing.
