I PCed quart jars or rye and jars of birdseed for 45 min 3 days ago. due to event beyond my controll i cant innoculate till tomarrow. Should i/is it safe to re-PC the jars? or is it better to just innoculate as is?

You can innoc as is or re PC. 45 mins is a little short for rye and birdseed. Usually 90mins works best to kill all contams. If you did not cook the substrate first for 45 mins then 45 mins in PC is not enough.

i boild for 45 min, let drain for 3 hours for some jars (just left draining while PC was being used) then PCed for 45 min. if that isn't enough will the 4 days that have gone bye ferment my jars to much? should they be ok cause i boiled or should i PC tomarrow morning before innoculation. or is the substrat ruined?

The jars should probably be good but PC again if you don't want to risk it.

I'm re PCing as we speek just to be safe. I just hope my grain dosent explode on me. !/4 of my jars ar birsdeed, 1/4 birseed and wormcastings, 1/4 rye, and 1/4 rye with worm castings. this is more of an exparament realy. tha only jars that smelt felmented were teh Birdseed and casting jars. so i'm gana leave them in there extra long. this be ok i hope.
