mushmush.nl uses 110 g seed and 180 g water per 3/4 pint jar.

I found mushmush's recipe to turn out just that, mush.(not to diss this pefectly reputible dealer) It was too sloppy, maybe it was my conversion #'s, or maybe it was just the seed I was using (I have been using a grass seed mix with mostly perennial rye grass).
I have had better luck just going 2 parts seed to 1 part water. 2/3 cup of seeds and 1/3 cup water fills a pint jar half-way.
I just started a mex cultivation thread that I plan to keep updated, Capman I would love it if you would collaborate with me on this effort and post some comparison notes.
I wouldn't mind a few witty comments from you either, Anno.
