About carpooling.

I hope this is not off topic, however.

I stronly feel that carpool lanes should be for just that, carpooling...Where 2 or more licensed drivers are driving together instead of in two cars. Primarily to cut traffic and emissions commuting to and from work.

A parent with a kid, should not be considered carpooling. The kid was not going to drive another car there.

I also believe that you should be allowed to shoot violaters on the spot.

What about picking up a hooker and paying her to ride with you so you can use the carpool lane and make it to a baseball game on time? Or should this also be punishable by death?

What if you're just driving the hooker to where you're going to fuck her?

What if you're both just driving around for no reason.

It should be illegal to drive unless you are going somewhere.
