i am a new grower (of cambodian and puerto rican P. cubensis) and i have (what appears to be) a successful, fruiting cake. I'm using what the MMGG refers to as "the poor man's terrarium" (a soda bottle) and i noticed that where the shrooms touch the sides of the bottle and get water on them they form what appears to be a some sort of "bruise" with a bluish/greenish color. other than that I have a bright white cake, good humidity and fanning, and the mushrooms appear to be otherwise healthy.
is this normal/okay?
related question: what is the color of the inside of a mushroom typically?
