Karo Tek (LC) ?Optimal Enviroment? PIC

I just started my LC (using Roadkill's formula, 4ml Karo, 96ml h2o [Thanks again Roadkill]) and after searching I still cannot find out what the perfect environment should be to store my jars.
As of now they are in my incubator with 9 PF jars, and 1 mycobag of B+ and 1 mycobag of Burma (LC's are also Burma). The Temp is 83.5F, 50%RH.
Should I pull them out and let them sustain 79F instead or leave them as is?

not my formula...just one that I use.
---
I put my karo jars in the incubator...at 81 degrees F. to colonize.
then put them in the frig after they have fully colonized.

I like the jar setup
Do you have some kind of filter on those plastic tubes?

So you just tilt the jar when you need to withdraw some LC? And would you need to use new polyfil afterwards?

I have new polyfil wads handy & give it a light dip in alc, to be sure it is clean. Sometimes, I just slide the old stuff back in. Replacing it, with clean polyfil is safer.

another good way to seal the hole is to tear up the self healing injection site on mycobags and put it on there with a little epoxy it works excellent

I hope that tubing is not vinyl. If so - it melts in a PC.
Use RUBBER tubing.

It is actually acrylic, after PCed the tubes are fine yet turned frosty white but in great woerking condition, now all I have to do wait for grwoth, I will update ASAP. this is where I purchaced tubing and injection plugs. https://www.sciplus.com/lw/category.cfm?category=45
