Loss of potency?

Yesterday, I dried my shrooms using a lava-lamp light + computer fan. The fan was placed on one side of the box while the lava-lamp light was place at the other (7 - 10 inches away from shrooms). The lamp was hot but it didn't seem to be heating up the shrooms at all. It didn't take long for them to dry but I kept them in the light for approx 17 hours, still placed only 7 - 10 inches away. I'm just wondering if the concentration of light would have much of an effect on the potency? :rolleyes:

Very doubtful you lost any potency. I dry at 140F and have left them exposed to bright lighting for a good period of time, with no noticeable loss of potency.

LIke i said.. i do that every time and never notice any loss in potency
