Gnats!!!

Figured this would be the best place to ask, they are a contamination of sorts. I have a gnat infection! I've heard several methods of destroying them:
1. Mint Mouthwash in a glass
2. Soapy water in a glass
3. Fly paper
4. insecticides

Does anyone know of a really simple and effective way of killing off these pests?

you could use liquified fly agaric and water in one of those fly trappers ( basicly a jar with a special top that only lets bugs in)that would be a good excuse to go mushy hunting too.

I left the window open the other night, and now i have them all through my Puerto Casings\...Little shits - do they lay eggs or what are they doing??
