Colinization Question

Would it be more beneficial to just drill a hole in the center of my 1pint jar and just innoculate 1 cc of spore prints so it colonizes from the center outwards?

or will doing it on all four sides be best?

you wouldn't be able to see contams until they reached the glass.

My alligator does it and hasnt had any problems although it doesnt seem to work as fast at first because you cant see the colonization but seems faster after you do see colonization because it is already pretty colonized in the middle. I do this cause of lower contam chances and I have trouble injecting only .25cc-.5cc per hole.

actually dethhead has a point my alligator has a few jars that have colonization but arent really going anywhere wonder if there might be a contam involved?
