COLINIZATION QUESTION

Would it be more beneficial to just drill a hole in the center of my 1pint jar and just innoculate 1 cc of spore prints so it colonizes from the center outwards?

or will doing it on all four sides be best?

I tried that- it's way quicker if you just innoculate 4 sides along the glass. After waiting 3 weeks for the center-innoculated jars to show growth, I just got impatient and innoculated them on the sides.
