Another amazing shroom day.

The day started with a trip to downtown Atlanta, the city was bustling and the fiends were working corners.. I was working glass, lower middle class pushing up fast. Came to the fine restaurant I was headed to and sold five pounds of chanterelles i picked yesterday for $47.
After that, it was back to suburbia, swiftly switched from black tops to green tops. Found a bunch of panaleos subbalteatus(let's just say I left them for the horses to eat (:grin: :mushroom2: :thumbup:)
Yep, then it was on my bike for a little dirt hill riding through the woods splitting sticks.. Came across another giant patch of chanterelles. This time they were most excellent quality, I almost fell off my bike when I saw them. Probably picked about 3 1/2 pounds of very nice quality mushrooms.
Tomorrow I will sell some more to the local restaurants, and cook some more up for myself, and hit the fields again. Shrooms  :heart:

I picked some most fine specimens today. I swear these things are Delicious. I will set up a paypal account and ship some on dry ice fresh to anyone here for $10 pound( you pay shipping).. Actually, I'd rather eat them all :crazy2:

Sounds like a great day. I have never had the pleasure of eating chanterelles. I live like 20 min drive west of Atlanta. It's nice to see some other shroomerites living close.
