do these seem healthy? is the stem supposed to be that brown?

haha i dont think they'd make it over the border

i'm just concerned the stems seem fairly thin

What is your substrate?
If it is a straight grain casing they tend to be on the small side.
Go to Straw/Poo and see the "BIG" difference.
